Dino Melaye Celebrates Birthday In Custody

Embattled senator of the Federal Republic Dino Melaye is a year older today.

Checks revealed the senator representing the the people of Kogi west district actually turned 45 today January 7, 2019.

Dino Melaye would have staged a major party as he usually does but for his present predicament, an insider stated.

This year’s celebration is devoid of fun fair as the politician has been taken into custody by the police.

Dino surrendered on Friday January 4, 2019 after police laid ambush at his home for eight days in the bid to arrest the Federal lawmaker from Kogi state.

He was taken to the police headquarter in Abuja before security operatives moved him to Police hospital for treatment over his alleged failing health.

Findings revealed police laid ambush at Dino’s Abuja home after several attempts to get him to honour police invitation failed.

Senator Melaye is being held for culpable homicide and attempted murder of a police officer.
