Diamond Bank Celebrated 20th Anniversary With Diamond Studded Cake!

Saturday July 03 2011, financial institution, Diamond Bank recorded twenty years of operations.

The bank with former First Bank Top shot, Mr Alex Otti as newly appointed helmsman sign posted this development with a lavish event at Landmark, water corporation way Victoria Island, Lagos.

The occasion was witnessed by notable Nigerians from all walks of life.

In other to stand the event out from similar celebrations- the management of the bank came up with an astounding creation.

They commissioned a DIAMOND STUDDED cake that was the cynosure of all eyes at the ceremony.

Placed at the frontage of the venue, the innovation made a play on the glow green colour of the bank on white background.

It was cut by a collage of personalities that include, Igwe Nnaemeka Alfred Achebe, the Obi of Onitsha and chairman of the bank, Managing Director, Alex Otti, Former head of government, Chief Pascal Dozie and Obioma, wife of Cross River State governor- Liyel Imoke.

The event that started at about 6.pm ended past 11.pm.

And of course the Diamond decoration on the cake wasn’t part of the offerings to guest!

And naturally food and drinks were well in abundance.

Other guests at the A-list get together were ex head of government, Ernest Shonekan, Brigadier General Mobolaji Johnson (rtd), former deputy governor CBN-Ernest Ebi, Bank M.D Funke Oshibodu and Hubby, Victor and others.
