Details: Loyalist Ajimobi Denied Dapo Lam-Adeshina Re-Election As Reps Member On His Behalf, Switches To Enemy’s Camp

The loyalist of former governor Abiola Ajimobi gave the House of Representatives ticket of Dapo Lam Adeshina to has dumped the All Progressives Congress for rival People’s Democratic Party.

Ajimobi denied Dapo, the son of former governor Lam Adeshina the chance within the APC by gifting the party’s House of Representatives ticket for Ibadan South-East/ Ibadan North-East Federal Constituency in the last general election to Deji Aboderin, one of his special assistants – deemed more loyal.

Dapo out of anger left the party to contest against Aboderin in the bid to retain his position as House of Representatives member.

They both lost the election and barely a year after the election, Aboderin has dumped Ajimobi and the APC societynow.ng learned.

Claiming there was a conspiracy against him within the party that denied Lam Adeshina re-election to provide him a chance at becoming a Federal House of Representatives member, Aboderin has joined the People’s Democratic Party and pledged loyalty to Governor Seyi Makinde the arch political adversary of his former boss Ajimobi.
