Emerging details from Ogun State revealed the offices of former Speaker of the Federal House of Representatives, Dimeji Bankole are now a shadow of what they were.

“They have transformed jests corners where people generally come to while away time playing Ludo or have a nice time on draughtboards” societynow.ng learned.

Insiders disclosed that this is the situation playing out at Bankole’s main office in Iporo Ake, Abeokuta, and party office maintained in his name at Isale – Ake also in Abeokuta.

Abeokuta is the capital of Ogun State and the political base of Bankole who was one of the gubernatorial candidates in the 2019 gubernatorial election in Ogun State.

The former Speaker who contested the gubernatorial election as the candidate of the Action Democratic Party (ADP), however, recorded a dismissal performance.

He got less than ten thousand votes.

Sources disclosed Bankole has remained unseen at both his constituency and party offices since the election held.
