With Iyeru – Akeem Bodunrin – an ardent supporter of new Ogun state governor Dapo Abiodun firmly in charge of the state chapter of the National Union of Road Transport Workers(NURTW) insiders disclosed that Jango, who was formerly at the helms of affair has been promoted out of relevance.

Jango – real names Akeem Adeosun – was extremely loyal to the immediate past Governor of Ogun state, Ibikunle Amosun.

Jango rode to the position of chairman of the Ogun state chapter of the NURTW based on the influences of Amosun – and provided street muscle for the former governor before and after the elevation.

Societynow.ng, however, learned that with Iyeru who was the Vice Chairman under Jango now Chairman – based on the support he provided for the emergence of new Governor Abiodun – Jango has been appointed into the Board Of Trustees of the NURTW at the national level.
