Details As Late Adedibu’s Ex Senator Son Disappears From Oyo State Political Scene

Kamoru Adedibu, son of late Ibadan, Oyo state heavy weight politician Lamidi Adedibu is obviously missing on the political scene of his home state.

 And the fact that he did not in anyway partake in the ongoing general elections has been described by watcher of political events in Oyo state as a pointer he has finally dumped politics, societynow.ng understands.

 Findings by societynow.ng revealed the younger Adedibu stayed away from all 2019 political activities in the state.

As a matter fact he did not leave his United State of America base at all, an insider maintained.

Kamoru Adedibu was a senator of the Federal Republic Of Nigeria between 2007 and 2011.

He represented the people of Oyo South Senatorial District at the red chamber of the national assembly.

His late father was a major power in Oyo state at that time.

And it is a public knowledge his father was instrumental to his emergence.

Adedibu – Kamoru’s father- actually determines who got what as far as politics of  Oyo state is concerned then.

Fondly called “Olosa Molete (Deity of Molete)” Lamidi Adedibu died on June 11 2008.

Kamoru Adedibu lost his senatorial reelection bid to Senator Femi Lanleyin.

According to gathered information he relocated to the United State of America a couple of years after the defeat he suffered at the senatorial election.

His non-appearance during events and activities that heralded recently conducted presidential and national assembly elections is said to have been seen as a confirmation he has definitely abandoned politics, a source maintained.

“He did not come home not to talk of taking part in political activities during campaigns and elections. You know he now resides in US… and I’m not sure he has no plan to return anytime soon”, a close source divulged.
