Emerging details have it that, Deputy Speaker of the Federal House of Representatives Yusuf Lasun has defected from the ruling All Progressives Congress.

“Lasun has dumped APC” a source stated categorically to societynow.ng.

Societynow.ng learned Lasun would make an official statement on the development tomorrow, Monday August 17 2018.

Lasun’s defection comes barely days after that of House of Representatives Speaker Yakubu Dogara.

Investigation into immediate cause of Lasun’s defection from the ruling party is ongoing.
