Nwoko’s cynosure of a country home is located in Idumuje Ugboko in Delta State.

But he faces a growing fight in the bid to retain status as owner of the massive land he acquired allegedly for another reason.

The emerging narrative is that Nwoko acquired the 33 hectares now labeled community land for the purpose of setting up a Dairy Farm.

The leaders headed by the town King Albert Nwoko reportedly gave up the land – sold at a good bargain to the Billionaire – with the conviction it will result in an industry that would create employment for people of the community.

But two decades later, according to emerging details, the dream getting employment for the people remains a dream.
