A major blow just hit the House of Representative’s ambition of former entertainment personality Dayo Adeneye.

Adeneye is currently the commissioner for Information in Ogun state.

The primetime entertainment boss has announced an intention to move to the Federal House of Representatives.

And he has deployed engagements across different channels towards achieving his new political ambition.

“Adeneye’s campaign posters have flooded the federal constituency he is targeting and social media space as well” a source disclosed to societynow.ng.

Adeneye wants to represent the people of IjebuOde/ /Odogbolu/ Ijebu North East Constituency at House of Representatives.

Societynow.ng, however, learned the ambition has suffered a huge blow.

Adeneye’s main grass root canvasser just defected to rival People’s Democratic Party.

Odutola Ogunkale, who is a well-known aide of Adeneye led not less than two hundred and seventy All Progressives Congress members to the PDP according to reports on ijebunewsextra.com.

Societynow.ng learned this development has dealt Adeneye’s House of Representatives ambition a huge blow on and off the field.
