BUA Chairman, Abdul Samad Rabiu Gets Nigerian Army Recognition Award

The Chairman – and founder – of BUA Group, Abdul Samad Rabiu has received another special recognition.

The industrialist just received the Nigerian Army Recognition Award.

The honor is in recognition of the positive impacts the founder of the ASR Africa Initiative has brought to bear on the organization. He received the award today, December 5, 2022, at the Chief of Army Staff Annual Conference which took place in Sokoto.

President Muhammadu Buhari presented the special recognition by the Nigerian Army that adds to the growing list of honors the leading philanthropist has received at home and abroad for the development of countries, industries, and persons.

Amongst other recognitions, the Forbes-rated billionaire and holder of the national honor of Commander of the Order of the Federal Republic (CFR) described as a “steadfast champion of the poor” by President Muhammadu Buhari has been decorated with the National Productivity Order of Merit Award (NPOM) for continuing to boost the economy with quality products and services.
