Boxing champion Henry Akinwande has sold his Lagos mansion.

The British born Nigerian former heavyweight boxer disposed off the structure for the sum of N50 million, an insider divulged.

According to sources, Akinwande who had most part of professional Boxing career in the United States actually concluded all that has to do the transaction a couple of months back.

Earlier report by societynow.ng indicated the rated sportsman actually put the building up for sale in 2013.

The price tag on the property then was N65 million.

The investigation conducted by societynow.ng revealed he eventually sold the building for N50 million.

The structure erected on about three plots of land with expansive compound is situated on Baale Animashaun road, Alakuko Lagos.

Alakuko is a suburb of Lagos in Ifako Ijaye local government area of the state.

Before selling of the Alakuko property the wealthy sportsman was said to have acquired another wonderful home in Lekki area of Lagos.

The Lekki building is his new abode anytime he’s in town, a source disclosed.
