Unending talks about the Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Gbenga Daniel coninue
But those who should know label the latest chapter of the talks as “blatant lie”
Daniel who became a first term Senator with a never-before-seen margin is said to be on the hunt for a ministerial appointment.
The move is said to be against the interests of immediate past Senator in Ogun Central, Ibikunle Amosun and of course, Governor Dapo Abiodun.
But insiders insist the talks that have translated into reports in some quarters are “blatant lie”
Daniel like Amosun is a former two-term governor of Ogun State.
They just renewed their rapport to become a common foe of Governor Dapo Abiodun after an “unbecoming fall-out”.
Daniel, Amosun and Abiodun are leaders of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ogun state with the Governor firmly in control of the party after a last-gasp-win in the most recent episode of an unending struggle for control.
Senator Daniel those in the know insist is already laying foundation to record pace-setter performance in the Senate.
