Bago Holds Separate Meetings With Babangida, Abdulsalam Abubakar
at their Hilltop residences
Niger State governor, farmer Mohammed Umaru Bago, led other key government officials has visited former Nigerian Military Heads of State, Generals Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida and Abdulsalami Alhaji Abubakar in the spirit Ramadan fast at their Hilltop residences in Minna,Niger state Capital
The visit is also aimed at extending Ramadan greetings, emphasizing themes of respect, unity, and offering prayers for the continued peace, sound health, and strengthening the long life of the two former heads of state.
Farmer Umaru Bago prayed that Allah continues to give them more strength, wisdom, and blessings.
The farmer governor equally
acknowledged their enduring contributions to nation-building, which has earned them respect globally.
Farmer Umaru Bago expressed gratitude to the elder statesmen for their fatherly pieces of advice on how to move the state forward and reaffirmed that he will continue to seek their wise counsel.
