Aregbesola Decorated With Osun Senatorial Ambition Claims
The seat he is eyeing is currently occupied by Senator Ade Fadahunsi
The minister for Interior Rauf Aregbesola is decorated with claims of eyeing an elective position in 2023.
The 64yr old former Governor of Osun State – 2010 to 2018 – is said to be mulling a Senatorial position.
The words on the street have it that the husband of an equally strong Muslim Alhaja Sherifat Aregbesola is considering taking up the position on Osun State.
The seat he is eyeing – Osun East- is currently occupied by Senator Ade Fadahunsi of the rival People’s Democratic Party (PDP).
Aregbesola is a chieftain of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
