What Vice President Yemi Osinbajo is focused on in the face of intense talks of ambition to become the next President of Nigeria has been revealed.
“Well, like he has said up to this time, he is committed to the work that he is elected as Vice President and to support the President.
“That is what he is focused on now; and like I have also said in my last tweet, whatever will be his activities or whatever he would do will be communicated officially soon,” spokesperson Laolu Akande told state State House Correspondents on Tuesday, March 8, 2022.
Osibanjo and political leader Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu remain the most talked-about aspirants in the race to determine the next President of Nigeria.
While Tinubu has publicly made his intention known and is on a nationwide deliberation seeking support across the country Osinbajo has remained silent on interest in the 2023 election with an aggressive campaign by his support groups trumpeting his presidential ambition.
