Agarawu Car Dealer That Assaulted Popular Presenter, Soji Omotayo With Machete Over Allegations Of Extra Marital Affair With His Wife Arrested, Detained At Eleweran

Kunle Kushimo Agarawu the car dealer making headlines for assaulting his friend and business partner, Soji Omotayo with machete over alleged affair with his wife has been arrested by the police.

The apprehension reportedly occurred on Tuesday September 9 2015.

Information at the disposal of societynowng.com revealed the arrest makes it the second time law enforcers are making such a move against the in the news auto dealer based in Sango Ota since the adultery saga started.

But unlike the first time, he was immediately transferred to the Ogun state police Command head quarter, Eleweran in Abeokuta where he is currently detained.

Soji Omotayo, the man he lured to his home and inflicted machete cut wounds on over alleged secret sexual relationship with his wife claimed Agarawu was first arrested by men of the Onipanu Police station in Sango immediately the assault happened.

But he was released the next day.

Omotayo’s outcry in the media appeared to have warranted a re arrest of the friend turned foe.

The Popular presenter with Faaji F.M a sister station to African Independent in his media outcry agitated for the case to be transferred to Lagos police command in his quest for what he labelled justice.

But the police authorities looking at the jurisdiction the crime falls into and striving to be fair to all concerned moved the case to Eleweran.

Agarawu is said to be in detention since his re arrest as police continue investigation into ugly incident.

It is however not clear on what specific charge he is being held, though talks of threats to life are currently circulating amongst keen watchers of the unravelling development.

The presenter agitating for ‘for justice’ over machete wounds he sustained as a result of adultery accusation is however unable to comment on the latest twist in the saga.

He is said to be currently screening his calls and cloak his location in mystery as a result of unexpected attention his public outcry has earned him.

Informants divulged Omotayo’s action is greatly affecting peace moves by concerned friends of the duo.

But those involved are said not to be giving up in attempting to make the whole mess go away with ‘in house’ efforts.
