Against All Odds, Aremo Segun Oniru Sticks To His Word In Pursuit Of Bigger Game

Aremo Segun Oniru is a man of his word. After the end of his term as commissioner under former Governor Babatunde Fashola – he served as commissioner in the administration of Asiwaju Tinubu as well – Oniru told close friends, am done with political office.

Since then till now, multiple sources confirmed Oniru has stayed away from political appointments against all odds.

This is said to be in the face of offers to “hold power in trust” for those he has proven loyalty to in the past.

Whispers have it that the heir apparent to the throne of Oba Abiodun Idowu Oniru of Iruland, Lagos state is said to be preparing for a lifetime “appointment” away from the politics.

The “appointment” is said to be one that would definitely “dwarf” that of his father if it comes to pass.
