“A Political Asset Any Day, Any Time.” – Basiru Hails Oyedokun At 90

The National Secretary of the All Progressives Congress, Dr Ajibola Basiru, has rejoiced with a chieftain of the Party in Osun State, Alhaji Shuaib Oyedokun, on his 90th birthday.

In a congratulatory message, Dr Ajibola Basiru described the Oluomo of Inisa in Odo Otin Local Government Area of Osun State as a shrewd politician whose experience in politics has spanned some six decades.

Alhaji Oyedokun, who has joined the League of Nonagenarians, was the Secretary to the old Oyo State when Dr Omololu Olunloyo was the Governor.

“I celebrate Baba, who is one of the living encyclopedias of Osun nay Nigeria’s politics. When Baba discusses politics, he does so seamlessly, effortlessly, and flawlessly.”
