In those who caused massive destruction in Lagos State think they have gone scot free because they were not arrested at the crime scenes, they have certainly missed the mark.

Emerging details have that a clinical investigation is ongoing in Lagos State.

And the objective is simple, to apprehend and bring to justice the hoodlums who wreaked havoc on private and public properties, including government agencies and legacy projects.

Societynow.ng gathered this development is at the instance of Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu and his top men.

Insiders disclosed that the investigation being handled by “a combination of multiple law enforcement agencies” is acting on the solid proof of identification of some of the leaders of the hoodlums who caused the mayhem.

Sources disclosed to societynow.ng that some of those who led the destruction were identified in the heat of things.

“Some of those boys were identified and caught on camera. Some are well-known supporters of certain people and their causes” societynow.ng learned.

Insiders, however, disclosed that investigators are keeping an open mind regarding the identified havoc wreakers and their known ties.

“The objective now is to apprehend them and based on information gotten from them and cross-checking of the revelations determine who their sponsors are as well as all those involved in the widespread destruction” societynow.ng learned.

The information at hand revealed that the ultimate objective of the ongoing investigation to mete out such punishment that would make such an unholy adventure unattractive for likely sponsors and willing tools of massive destruction in the future.
