Ahead Dapo Abiodun’s: Amosun’s Men Release Documentary Of His 1yr In Office As Gov Of Ogun State

Ahead of May 29, 2020 – the first anniversary of Governor Dapo Abiodun as the Governor of Ogun State, the loyalists of his predecessor Ibikunle Amosun have set a benchmark to gauge his performance.

They have released a documentary that celebrated Amosun’s first year in office as Governor of Ogun State.

Amosun served as a two-term governor of Ogun state (four years per term) between 2011 to 2019.

 The released documentary detailed his achievements in his first year in office.

The successor he worked hard to prevent from becoming the governor of Ogun state Dapo Abiodun is due to celebrate his first year in office on Friday, May 29, 2020.

The general belief is that the documentary is released to serve as a comparison of what Amosun and Abiodun achieved in their first year in office as Governors of Ogun State.

Though the chieftains of the same party – All Progressives Congress – they have rapidly from friends of many years to passionate enemies within the last two and half years over political ambitions – with their supporters feasting heavily on the feud.

Multiple sources, however, pointed out to societynow.ng that to be fair to Dapo Abiodun he is contending with far more than Amosun struggled as Governor of Ogun State.

“Amosun didn’t deal with a pandemic that virtually paralyzed everything for over two months amongst other things, that does not excuse D.A (Dapo Abiodun) from criticisms over his performance, but just to point out the fact as it is” a source pointed out.
