The 70-year-old accused was arraigned on charges bordering on conspiracy, stealing and wilful damage.

The accused pleaded guilty.

Earlier, the prosecutor, Sgt. Kehinde Olatunde, told the court that the accused committed the offences on March 31 at No. 29, Arikewuyo St., Orile-Iganmu.

He alleged that the accused had forcibly ejected her tenant one Sikoru Amao, from his apartment without securing any court order.
