Segun Adewale “Areoland” Thrown Out Of Office As Lagos PDP Chairman

Segun Adewale, the politician more popularly known as Aeroland is no longer the chairman of Lagos chapter of People’s Democratic Party.

He was axed in a communication released last night by new national leadership of the party.

Ahmed Makarfi the supreme court affirmed national chairman of the PDP directed that “The illegal caretaker committee, imposed or self appointed chairmen constituted in some state like Jigawa, Lagos, Benue and others are here dissolved and elected executives that won in states congress organised are officially approved to take over with immediate effect.”

This development throws out Aeroland, who is loyal to former national chairman Ali Modu Sheriff out of office.

The communication was however silent on the fate of party candidates vying for elective posts in Saturdays – July 22 – council election in Lagos state according to information sourced from wailersng.
