It is no longer news that popular actor Sir K Kamoru is dead.

The father of equally popular skit maker Isbae U reportedly passed on today, December 27, 2022.

SocietyNow.Ng, however, learned while the general public is shocked by the demise of the actor whose real name is Kamal “Kamoru” Adebayo those close to the family are not.

“He has been battling an ailment for some time” SocietNow.Ng gathered.

Insiders say he managed the situation so well that few people had an inkling of what he was going through.

A very jolly fella, “Sir k Kamoru” was one of the few actors immensely popular among his colleagues.

“He was always ready to help and quick to make friends and lighten situations despite his tough background and closeness to the tough guys” SocietyNow.Ng gathered.

A member of the Taiwo Hassan (Ogogo) and Yinka Quadri (Kura) led Odunfa Caucus of the Yoruba sector of the Nigeria Movie industry, Sir K hit stardom with the use of peculiar street slangs and playing tough “bad guys” characters in movies.

Though identified as a member of the then formidable Odunfa Caucus, Sir K was so welcomed across the caucuses that when he had troubles abroad and got stuck, he was immediately accepted across board on his return after years of absence.

Insiders disclosed that managing what is labeled a long-term health situation forced the very popular actor to cut down on his social life, particularly partying.

“There are talks that the ailment that troubled the late actor has to do with diabetics” SocietyNow.Ng learned.
