‘Oyo State Governor, Ajimobi is unlawfully detaining Prince G L Oladigbolu for the last 15 hours: right now. My dad, prince G L Oladigbolu is at office room the CS0 to gov Ajimobi 74, governor’s office. He called me few minutes ago thAt he was arrested at his home around 8:30pm last night and taken to Eleyeile Police Station, and the DP0 who knows Prince well asked what’s d matter between him and d gov, he arranged that Prince be brought to governor’s office this morning. At present nothing has been said to Prince Oladigbolu. The matter has to do with the land that Gov Ajimobi was not following the procedure to handover 400acres of land to the owners of which my dad is the Secretary of The Concerned Families Owners . Ajimobi’s gov is surmoned to face court on Feb 20th at the High Court. Prince Ajibola SAN, Chief Afe Babalola SAN etc are Prince’s lawyers who are taking the matter to court! Affront to my dignity! Disrespect to Elders, and using his governorship position to committ unlawful detention of lawful citizen who commits no offence are being committed by Sen. Isiaka Ajimobi. Gov Ajimobi is suppose to have invited Prince since last year he received an instruction from the Federal Minister for lands to call him and handover the expanse of land..instead he published on 18th sept that his admin is interested to seize(revocation) the land back to d state govt by decree. No negotiation, or invitation yet from him, I helped Prince respond to the publication before its given deadline and he received letters. As Ajimobi’s govt is facing court by 20th February 2013 at the high Court Ibadan, the governor thinks he can use police to harrass Prince GL Oladigbolu. I learnt few police officer came to Dad’s residence at Felele yesterday night after an earlier attempt in the morning… Prince GL now with the CSO to gov Ajimobi at Room 74, Governor’s Office, Ibadan.
