Sources confirmed the Executive Governor of Lagos state, with his depth understanding of all the behind the scene moves Civil Servants employ in making contractors part with projects funds, has cut them off in his dealings.

Insiders disclose the governor directly approves contracts and gives approval for payment of 60% mobilisation fund directly to the contractors as part of efforts to get the job done speedily.
