Frontline financial institution, Zenith Bank has restored improved services across all its payment channels.

This development is result of the significant progress made in its ongoing information technology (IT) infrastructure upgrade.

“We sincerely apologize for the service disruption you experienced recently,” the bank stated, as it announced the restoration of improved services on Thursday, October 3, 2024.

The bank assured customers: “can now perform transactions conveniently with the following Zenith Bank channels: Zenith Debit Card, Zenith Bank Mobile App, Zenith Bank Internet Banking Platform, and Zenith Agents nationwide (Agent Banking).”

The ongoing IT infrastructure upgrade is part of the market leader’s efforts to accelerate its digital transformation and positioning to lead the nation’s fast-evolving financial landscape.
