Pastor Evelyn Balogun Joshua, widow of the late Prophet T.B. Joshua and now head of the Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN), is enjoying rising popularity, sources say.

SCOAN, founded by Prophet T.B. Joshua (Temitope Balogun Joshua), lost its founder on June 5, 2021.

After a brief leadership tussle, Pastor Evelyn assumed control as General Overseer of the globally known ministry, headquartered in Ikotun-Egbe, Lagos.

Since taking charge, Pastor Evelyn—who remained largely out of the spotlight during her husband’s lifetime—has steadily gained admiration at home and abroad.

“She simply continued her husband’s work, especially his charity initiatives, without altering the approach,” a source said.

Insiders note that her decision to preserve T.B. Joshua’s model of supporting millions through humanitarian outreach has strengthened loyalty among his vast following.

“Many expected changes, particularly in SCOAN’s giving, but Pastor Evelyn maintained the same compassion-driven structure. That continuity has greatly boosted her standing,” another source added.

Insiders insist based on this, SCOAN is experiencing renewed vitality after a declined occasioned by the demise of the founder.

Attendance at services has surged, its media broadcasts attract growing audiences, and international missions are regaining traction sources say.

“Pastor Evelyn’s calm leadership and consistent outreach have not only preserved her husband’s legacy but also deepened the church’s relevance in a rapidly changing religious landscape”, according to information available.

Her rising popularity, observers say, has translated into a new wave of confidence and stability for SCOAN — a testament to continuity done right.
