Why Customers Should Not Panic Over “Limited” Withdrawals On ATMs Today

Customers are experiencing limited withdrawals on Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs) that are not their banks’.

Societynow.Ng gathered there is no need to panic.
A larger percentage of banks reportedly surreptitiously put limitations on customers’ accounts to limit cash withdrawals on ATMs that are not theirs.
“People customers can only withdraw a maximum of ten thousand or thirty thousand per day on other ATMs based on the limitations put” SocietyNow.Ng learned.
A Bank confirmed the development to SocietyNow.Ng at an ATM center located within the premises of a Bank in Lagos State on January 1.
“It is just for this period. It is from your Bank” the worker who refused tried to claim angered customers who experienced the limited withdrawals.
The move is believed to be part of efforts by the Banks to push offline transactions which remain seamless during this period.
