Why Aregbesola’s Key Men Are Having A Hard Relating With Gov Oyetola

Societynow.ng gathered that die-hard loyalists and staunch supporters of former governor Rauf Aregbesola, in Osun state, are having a hard time relating with new helmsman Gboyega Oyetola.

Before he became governor, Oyetola was the Chief of Staff to Aregbesola in all the 8years – of two terms = that the former governor ruled Osun state.

And there lays the problem societynow.ng learned.

Insiders disclosed that during the Aregbesola’s reign as Osun governor, his loyalists and friends within and outside the government refused to follow the chain of command by passing through Oyetola to reach Aregbesola.

‘’They always bypass Oyetola and go straight to Aregbesola to get discuss or get whatever they want. As far as many of them were concerned Oyetola was just there for the sake of been there’’ societynow.ng gathered.

Sources further revealed that now that Oyetola is now Governor many of them, particularly those still in government are having a hard time relating with him.

‘’A lot of them disrespected Oyetola when he was Chief of Staff and that is what is haunting them now’’ societynow.ng gathered.

Insiders further revealed that many of them remain stuck in the position of reaching out to Aregbesola to intercede for them with Oyetola when in need of ‘’favors’’ from the new governor.
