Olasijibomi Suji Ogundele has spoken out after being declared wanted on Friday.
The luxury real estate developer behind the popular Sujimoto brand explained his side of the story, which he said led the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to take the drastic step against him.
He spoke in a video released from his hideout, and at one point, he broke down in tears.
He explained the cause is a deal gone sour between his company and the Enugu state government. And, he has being making efforts to resolve the issues before the latest twist.
The 44-year-old developer, who resides in the exclusive Banana Island area of Lagos, was declared wanted by the EFCC over allegations of diversion of funds and money laundering.
