But that appears not to be the case with financial institution First City Monument Bank at one of its main branches in Lagos state.

The investigation conducted by societynow.ng revealed that the road – high way – right in front of FCMB’s popular branch at Salolo, Lagos state has become a mess.
The situation has deteriorated to the point that causes round major round the clock traffic gridlock that begins right in front of the bank.
‘’Right in front of the bank are major potholes giving motorists hell on earth and the situation has remained like that for almost year. And the potholes are becoming bigger and area of the road affected wider but the bank has turned a blind eye’’ a source stated.
Societynow.ng learned the management has refused to even provide a quick fix solution in the name of CSR effort.
The traffic at the place is particularly bad in the morning when there is a rush by commuters to get to their places of work – and the bank continues to turn a blind eye.
Societynow.ng learned the mess causing traffic congestion in front of the bank has reached such a point that road users now abuse both the Governor for non-performance and the bank for allowing the demeaning situation taking points from its brand equity to fester.
