Skye Bank has announced the promotion of over 875 staff in its employment following the completion of 2017 annual staff performance review exercise.

The promotion exercise, which cuts across several cadres of staff up to middle managerial level, is in line with the bank’s commitment to consistently reward staff who perform creditably in their various roles during the past financial year.

According to sources from within the Bank, a handful of staff who failed in the performance appraisal exercise on account of poor performance; disciplinary issue or low productivity were exited. According to Abiru: “Needless to say, Management is unwavering in its commitment to ensuring that industrious performance that clearly impacts positively on the Bank’s bottom line will always be rewarded appropriately”.

While congratulating promoted staff, he urged and encouraged all staff to continue to put in their best at all times, assuring that those who deliver consistently on the job would earn commensurate benefits that befit high performers.
