Untold Story Of ‘Mimi’, The Talk Of The Town Family Movie For Cinema Release On Christmas Day

December has always been known to be the season for movies, most especially family movies.

Despite COVID-19, the Nigerian cinema is bubbling already with movies releasing all across the month. However, there is one major cinema release coming to the cinemas this season and that is Mimi – the movie. From the newly released trailer, ‘Mimi’ is scheduled to open on Christmas Day (December 25) across all cinemas in the country.

‘Mimi’ tells the story of a spoilt rich kid who got served by fate, she discovered all that she knew about herself to be a mirage. She has to get used to an opposite life, one she would never get used to. It’s a story of redemption, love, fate, starting over, and importantly fun-drama– one whom every family will thoroughly enjoy.

To bring this movie to life, the stellar roles of Alibaba, Ireti Doyle, Toyin Abraham, Bimbo Akintola, Saka, Ufuoma Mcdermoth, Bianca Ugowanne, Lizzy Jay (Omo Ibadan), Lateef Adedimeji, Jide Kosoko, Moses Akerele, Timi Agbaje, Kie Kie, Deyemi Okanlawon, Bro Bouche, Sanyeri, OfficerWoos and a host of others shaped the movie into the perfect family movie for the season. Written by Joy Isi Bewaji, produced by Wale Osagie and Directed by Samuel Olatunji, it was executive produced by Aul Media Studios, SBG Film Production and 007 Global Films.
