Maiden Annual Bayelsa State Sports Festival Begins this Sunday at the Samson Siasia Sports Complex, Ovom, Yenagoa Local Government Area.
Over 1000 Athletes from the eight Local Government Area will compete for honours in the festival being sponsored by Access Bank Plc.
The fiesta will feature 14 sporting events listed as: Athletics, Boxing, Canoeing, Chess, Judo, Football, Taekwondo, Karate, Table Tennis, Scrabble, Swimming, Para-Swimming, Draughts, Weightlifting and Wrestling.
