Thieves Loot Shops “Owned” By Police In Lagos

The definitions of moral decadence giving people sleepless nights known as thieves made recently a daredevil move according to emerging details.

They looted shops owned by police but rented out to other persons according to revelations made by broadcaster, Saheed Adisa.

Adisa otherwise known as M.C Perfect made the disclosure during the early morning belt on Faaji.F.M, the radio station that is a part of network owned by late media mogul, Raymon Dokpesi.

Faaji F.M is very popular among the grassroots in Lagos and its environs, with the morning belts the companion of many motorists and households SocietyNow.Ng learned.

“It also happened to someone I know” M.C Perfect who spoke in Yoruba language asserted at about 5.30 a.m, today – Saturday, July 22, 2023.

He said millions of Nigeria worth of goods were stolen from the shops rented by third parties from “the police”.

The presenter gave the location of the crime as Pen Cinema in Agege, Lagos State during the programme monitored  by SocietyNow.Ng. 

Adisa made the revelation as part of appeal for the Police to beef up security around the area.

He claimed the dreads of legitimate persons are threatening people in broad day light, and extorting at will.

“They collect people’s phones and demand money to return them” the broadcaster asserted as part of reasons for the police to take a firmer stance on law enforcement in the area.
