TB Joshua Gets Temporary Relief From Attending Probe Panel Into Synagogue’s Collapsed 6 Storey Building That Killed & Injured Many

Popular preacher, Prophet Temitope Balogun Joshua has secured temporary relief from making appearance at the probe panel seeking to understand circumstances that led to the collapse of an undergoing construction six storey building in his church – and the attendant high number of deaths and injury.

Oyetade Komolafe has suspended invitation extended to the connected religious figure pending the determination of a court case instituted by Prophet Joshua.

The acclaimed ‘healer’ had rushed to court on grounds the panel’s invitation infringed on his right of fair hearing – and that it was extending beyond statutory purview.

This development came on the heels of threats by the Chairman of the Panel to invoke his power if the Synagogue Church of All Nation’s head man refused to come willingly.

The panel and Prophet Joshua had been involved in a hide and seek game that has kept observers on their toes since matters came to the point of inviting the friend of Presidents to come clear air on shaded areas of interests.

The Synagogue man had attempted to lobby underground to waive the invitation – but his men couldn’t get the job done. He used a third party to attempt securing a court injunction and again didn’t get to have his way. As a last resort, he instituted a court case himself – and appeared to have secured temporary reprieve, at least pending the determination of his suit.
