Suspended Governor of the Central Bank Sanusi Lamido Sanusi is not taking his ouster from office laying low.

He has declared intention to challenge his suspension in the law court- even as he complies with presidential directive putting him out of office on claims of financial recklessness.

The suspended Central bank governor denies the charge- and claims the account of the NNPC that allegedly got him into trouble is yet to be audited since 2005.
