Soludo’s Local Govt HQ Set On Fire

Arsonists have reportedly attacked the Aguata Local Government headquarters, in Anambra state.

Aguata is the local government of new Governor Charles Chukwuma Soludo.

The council headquarters was allegedly set on fire this afternoon, Thursday, April 7, 2022.

A report monitored by SocietyNow.NG on DailyPost.ng quoted DSP Ikenga Tochukwu, the spokesperson for the Anambra police command as saying “following the report of the fire incident at the Local Government headquarters, the command has deployed men to the area and the situation has been brought under control.”

This development comes on the heels of a similar incident at the market in the council, Eke Ekwulobia
