Socialite Uju Murphy has nipped tales of pregnancy about to swirl around her person in the bud.

She claims the story untrue.

Information had filtered in that the socialite has ‘taken in’ for bank boss, Ladi Balogun.

The Chief Executive Officer of First City Monument Bank ( F.C.M.B) was fingered in the marriage break up of Uju to her Japan based hubby, Murphy Ifeanyichukwu Uzohue.

The socialite’s husband made the allegation- which the wife stridently denied.

Uju debunked the pregnancy tale in a phone chat with societynowng.com.

She replied with pointers on the issue with ‘Are they the one that impregnated me?

When last did they see me? The story is not true.’

‘They’ in her response refer to the promoters of the pregnancy story.

Rumour of pregnancy pertaining to the socialite that made headlines with the drama of her marriage break up and dissolution started making the rounds a couple of days back.

All through last weeka, it gained ground- that the socialite who just opened a fashion outlet tagged-Zarazit Collezione is in the early stages of pregnancy.

Subtle fingers were pointed at the bank boss as responsible.

But a direct enquiry to Uju on Monday August 27 2012 appears to have put paid to the development.

She tagged it ‘untrue’.
