Shock Waves As Omisore For Osun Gov Posters Emerge

There is a shock wave cascading across political and non-political circles in Osun state.

The poster of serial contender Iyiola Omisore declaring intention to vie for next year’s gubernatorial election in the state has emerged.

“It is already on and offline…not monster popular but picking” a source stated.

One of those believed to be a hardcore support of the Senator defeated for Governor Aregbesola to secure a second term is said to have posted the material on social media, facebook.

Though still at an early stage and he is yet to make any official communication on it, many are said to be taking the alleged renewed gubernatorial interest of the former People’s Democratic very seriously.

It is, however, instructive to note that this development comes weeks after deep sources in Omisore’s camp confirmed he had abandoned the idea to become governor to that of putting a candidate of his choice in power.

The talk is that the defeat suffered by Aregbesola’s candidate Mudashiru Hussein to Demola Adeleke, the candidate backed by the coalition of PDP forces emboldened Omisore in his fresh bid.
