Senator Dino Melaye’s Seat Threatened As James Faleke, Gov Yahaya Bello Passionately Work Together Behind The Scene To Take It Away

The enemy of my enemy is my friend is the guiding principle of the politics currently playing out in Kogi state.

And to former foes have turned fast friends to cage a common enemy.

Informants disclosed James Faleke and Governor Yahaya Bello are working towards a common goal.

They have ambition to take away Dino Melaye’s source of power – his senatorial seat.

Melaye has become a “national voice” courtesy of position as Senator and extraordinary closeness to leadership of the Green Chamber.

“So the agenda is take away his senatorial seat and throw him into political oblivion” a source stated.

Former associates who teamed up together to deny Faleke the chance of becoming the governor of Kogi state, recent happwnings confirm Bello and Melaye are currently locked in a do or die battle.

And in desperate bid to survive, the embattled Governor reportedly reached out to his former foe, Faleke and perfected an understanding to take away Dino’s relevance by ensuring he doesn’t return to the senate.

Dino Melaye and James Faleke come from same area.

The plot is that with Yahaya’s support, Faleke would splinter Dino’s support base at the home front.

The plot which is primed to hatch in 2019 is said to be on going.

Yayaha Bello is seeking to do a second term in office, while James Faleke currently a House of Represenatives member from Lagos state is exploring means to become the first person from his minority area in Kogi to become governor of the state.

There are said to be talks he wants to solidify his political grasp on the area by becoming a Senator and leverageing on it to transform Governor of the state at a later date.
