A Nigerian, Jacqueline Obianuju Agboti is undergoing prosecution for drug trafficking in Australia.

The 23year old was caught bringing in 3kg of methamphetamine into Brisbane

She has since been charged to Brisbane Magistrates Court but denied bail- the court deem her a ‘flight risk’, despite defense lawyers offer of a $5000 surety to secure her release.

The prosecution of the suspect, that claimed to be on holiday around the world at the time of arrest, is still on.

Senator Agboti Obianuju is no other than the disowned daughter of former Senator representing Ebonyi state- Emanuel Agboti.

Insiders revealed up till the first quarter of this year- Obianuju was a beloved daughter of the political figure, but from another mother.

Cordelia Agboti, the suddenly gone low profile society figure is the widely aknowlegded wife of the Senator.

Sources confirmed that Liz Omele bore Jacqueline for Senator Agboti.

‘This was the believed scenerio until- for reasons yet to be decipher- Senator Agboti called for a paternity test in the early part of this year’ a source revealed.

Informants revealed, though the details of the result was kept within family circle, the effort culminated in the Senator cutting of ties with his daughter.

‘He disowned her’ was how a source put it.

Informants further revealed it was barely four months after Agboti disowned Jacqueline that she was arrested for drugs in Australia.

The drugs were reportedly found’ concealed in her suitcase after she arrived in Brisbane on a flight from Papua New Guinea.’

She claimed to be a law student on holiday travel around the world.

It is however not sure whether Senator Agboti had a whiff of what she was involved in before he disowned her- or whether he would leave her to her fate or not in her present state.
