Nasir El-Rufai, the former Governor of Kaduna state is out of the country.
He reportedly traveled out of the country after meeting with President Bola Tinubu on Tuesday, August 8, 2023.
The meeting was sequel to his appearance for screening as a Ministerial nominee.
He ended up as one of the 3 out of 48 ministerial nominees yet to be confirmed after screening by the Senate.
The dust raised by his appearance and questions thrown at him and his non-confirmation sparked off claims the former Governor met with President Tinubu to communicate his withdrawal from the process.
El-Rufai traveled out of Nigeria under this cloud.
There are claims he journeyed to Europe with a brief stop-over in Egypt on his schedule.
