Sacked BGL Securities boss, Albert Okumagba has taken a leave from usual places and – functions.
‘He has become a growing scarce commodity since talks of his sack from BGL hit town’ an observer of his ways noted.

The individual with friends in high places just got kicked out as head of the management board of his current claim to fame, BGL Securities by the Securities and Exchange Commission, the regulator of the Nigerian capital market as part of it’s oversight
The allegations against is wrapped in grave term ‘monumental corruption’.
Okumagba was kicked along with his management team that include Chibundu Edozie, Group Deputy Managing Director, Adekunle Alli, Executive Director Finance, Strategy, Business and Non-Operated Assets, Mohan Lalchandani founding Director of eth organisation and Peter Adebola, the Managing Director of the company. Others are Joseph Ashley-Osuzoka, Deputy Managing Director, Andre Ewubare, Head of the Institutions Division, Victor Obire, the Executive Director, Operations and Nkechi Azubuike, an Executive Director.
The SEC claimed the sack of the entire management team led by Okumagba was to save the firm that provides advisory services and products to clients, including governments, corporations, financial institutions and high net worth individuals from bankruptcy.
An interim management team led by Oladipo Aina that would undertake a holistic investigation of the damage caused by Okumagba and his team and help steer the company out of the woods has been put in place.
