Ramadan: F.G Adds Thursday To Public Holidays

The Federal Government has approved Thursday 11th April, 2024 as an additional public holiday to celebrate this year’s Eid -El-Fitr.

This is in addition to the initial declaration of Tuesday, April 9 and Wednesday, April 10 as public holidays for the same purpose.

The Honourable Minister of Interior, Olubunmi Tunji Ojo, in disclosing the additional public holiday congratulated the muslim Ummah for a successful completion of Ramadan otherwise known as month of spiritual rejuvenation

The Minister in a statement signed by the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Interior Aishetu Ndayako also reiterated President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s (GCFR) firm commitment to providing a safe and prosperous Nigeria for all to thrive.
