R E V E A L E D ! How George Zarkis, Bacchus Night Club’s Building Owner, Sacked Louise Priddy & Family!

Findings by societynowng.com revealed George Zarkis, the owner of the building funspot, Bacchus operated from the main architect of the closure of the fun place.

He refused to renew the tenancy of the Priddy’s and served them quit notice.

His reason? He claimed he wanted to utilise it for reasons tagged ‘personal’

It is not yet clear the factors that resulted in the Lebanese businessman throwing up such an ambiguous reasons to eject a long standing customer.

Unconfirmed sources however claimed that the landlord had used threats of ejection to increase rent fee in the past- but with the more moderate mind, broker of the initial deal and patriarch of the Priddy family, Olu Kenku Priddy dead- the children refused to give in to such ploy and opted out.

The decision to do away with Zarkis deal was reportedly made easier by the fact that operator of the business and face of the family in the enterprise, Louise has fun spot of her own and a family she is trying to make a success off.

According to an insider ‘ Mr Zarkis owns the Bacchus franchise. He actually started the club in 1968…The late Olu Priddy and other partners acquired the franchise from him and rented the building on long term basis to operate from…the late Olu’s partners pulled out for yet to be identified reasons and the Priddy’s took sole possession and continued the arrangement with Zarkis until the recent closure’

Insiders revealed other investors are attempting to cash in on the vacancy with Mr Zarkis- but he remains resolute at press time.
