Posters Of Sharp Practices Allegations Againstt Munak Group Boss, Moses Kamanya’s Flood Town
Moses Kamanya, the boss at Munak Group in charge of a Lagos property is in the eye of the storm.
His tenants have hit town with posters of allegations of sharp practices against him.
According to information sourced from online platform Nigeria Today
In the posters and fliers that the angry tenants pasted and handed to passersby around Victoria Garden City and Ikota Estate areas of Lekki, they lamented that the landlord whose name is Moses Kamanya, the CEO of Munak Group, located along the Lekki-Epe Expressway, collected rents from them and for two months, they had no light nor water because the PHCN had disconnected electricity in the block of flats because he owed over N1 million.
They also stated in the poster they paid N350,000 as service charge but for the time they spent in the apartments, no service was provided and that when they complained, the Kamanya told them to pack out of the house and that he would refund their money but three months down the line, he had refused to give them their money, prompting them to go the way of name and shame.
