…details of the marriage that comes 3yrs after his matrimony of two weeks crashed

Gbemi, the son of popular pastor, Wole Adetuberu and his preacher wife, Funke is remarried.

Information available to societynowng.com revealed the former husband of popular lady, Laide Lanre Badmus perfected his latest attempt at matrimony on Thursday January 22 2015.

And wait for this…the new wife is Nike, a friend of the old one and the personal assistant of his mother.

Informants disclosed based on shock and surprised expressed later ‘obviously Nike kept Laide in the dark of preparations to marry her former husband’.

The wedding which held via attendance at Ibadan North West Local Government

Marriage Registry and a reception at Nustream Event Centre, GRA Ibadan comes three years after the collapsed of Gbemi’s union to Laide.

The marriage which reportedly lasted just two weeks was a more flamboyant and mega affair than the new one.

Staged at the RCCG Akure, Ondo state the wedding had in attendance top government functionaries and powerful business men. It was labelled very grand with Laide pulling out all the stops to make it an affair to be remembered.

But the marriage barely kicked off before it crashed, two weeks into the union allegations of beatings and assaults tore them apart.

The specific reasons that transformed ‘the honey’ in the union to ‘ash’ remain guarded.

But Laide reportedly ‘sent’’ her husband packing over what he claimed life threatening aggressive conducts.

Gbemi’s mother, a marriage counsellor couldn’t make the marriage work.

But three years later, it appears an ‘ideal’ wife has been found in Nike, the mother’s personal assistant and friend of Laide, the former wife.
