Rare photos of the traditional wedding of extraordinary businessman Tony Elumelu have emerged.

And they tell the story his how much he was lovestruck with his bride, Awele.

Tony Elumelu and Awele got married in 1993.

With seven children making their large family, the 59yr old chairman of United Bank for Africa and 58yr Old Chairperson of Avon Healthcare Limite have remained role models in and out of their marriage since they wedded.

Elumelu, a front-line campaigner for the economic development of Africa (Africacapitalims) and women empowerment released the telling pictures with the caption “Throwback to our trad . Feels just like yesterday.”
