The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Ondo state has suffered a major blow.
One of its popular faces with a large followings has jumped ship ahead of the November 16, 2024 Ondo gubernatorial election.
Former House of Representatives member, Kolade Victor Akinjo is now a member of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
He was received into the ruling party, along with his make-things-happen followers, by re-election seeking Govenor Lucky Aiyedatiwa at the stakeholders meeting of the APC in Ilaje Local Government.
High-impact defection by Akinjo and his travelers was recorded on Sunday August 11, 2024 with APC bigwigs including Olusola Oke also in attendance.
